This next EP includes two new tracks, the title cut being 'Profiled connections', EP. Mike Vandee has put his diverse, electronic sound on the map with this EP on Niteworks Recordings (NW005), which is piled high with atmosphere and new aged , club energy. A creative  stunning hi-tech remix of 'New Profiled,' complete with mesmeric dub influenced chord lines and tripped out washes of delays and verbs. Carrying the original rhyme of Abu Nurah from the LA  badlands.  The combination gives a twisting vibe into an altogether floating complete element of house. Mike takes arranged warm synth stabs and shapes the remix into a slow paced yet pumping club tool. Deceivingly constant, it simply builds and builds, making a time stopping, truly hypnotic moment for the dancefloor and for the mind. On the second track, 'Connection’ Mike demonstrates a heavy aptitude for stripped down futurism, with staccato, jilted beats, joined by layers of short synth structures, looming somewhere between light and darkness. Cooly influenced by old school house breakbeat melted with recent European forays into night music.  The merits of carefully weighted out ingredients, leaving just the right level detailed rhythms of the Dutch percussionist Duha, in an clearly  inspiriting sound by Mike Vandee here.
